Yes, The Lennox in Highlands Ranch welcomes up to two pets per apartment home. Breed and weight restrictions apply, so confirm your pet qualifies with the leasing team before applying. The surrounding Highlands Ranch trails and open space make it an easy area for dog owners
What are the pet fees at The Lennox?
The Lennox charges a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet, a refundable pet deposit of $100 per pet due at lease signing, and $35 per month in pet rent per pet. That puts the monthly pet cost on the lower end for the Denver area. Budget for both the upfront fees and ongoing rent when planning your move.
Is there an application fee at The Lennox, and are there any move-in specials?
There's no application fee at The Lennox, instead, a $200 refundable unit deposit secures and processes your application. On top of that, select homes are currently offering up to one month free rent for a limited time. Between the waived application fee and the concession, the upfront cost of moving in here is lower than at many comparable communities.
What are the income requirements to rent at The Lennox?
Combined household income generally needs to be at least 2.7 times the monthly rent at The Lennox. If you earn at least 2 times the rent, you may qualify through The Guarantors deposit-alternative program. The community also accepts guarantors who live in Colorado and earn at least 5 times the monthly rent.
What lease terms are available at The Lennox?
The Lennox offers 12-month lease terms. The leasing team can walk you through current availability and help line up a move-in date that works for your timeline. Reach out early if you're targeting a specific floor plan, since corner units tend to go fast.
What parking options are available at The Lennox?
The Lennox offers covered parking for residents, contact the leasing office for current availability and pricing.
